Booking terms and confirmation

• A reservation request is not confirmed until the 50% reservation fee and payment proof have been verified by O&C Transient House.
• The remaining 50% balance is due at check-in, unless a different written arrangement is approved.
• Rates apply to the selected room, dates, and declared number of guests. Extra or undeclared guests may be refused or charged the applicable fee.
• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the group’s compliance with these policies.
• Special requests are subject to availability and are confirmed only when acknowledged in writing.

Cancellation and refund policy

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider. If O&C cancels the stay, the guest may choose a full refund or an available replacement date.

Check-in and check-out

• Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out require prior approval, are subject to availability, and may have an additional charge.
• Present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Before check-out, return keys or access items as instructed, remove personal belongings, dispose of trash properly, and turn off appliances.
• Charges may apply for lost keys, damaged items, excessive cleaning, or late departure without approval.

No-show and late arrival

• If arriving after 6:00 PM, contact O&C so the room can be prepared and held for late arrival.
• A guest who has not arrived or contacted O&C by 10:00 PM on the check-in date may be treated as a no-show.
• No-show reservations are non-refundable, and the remaining nights may be released for booking.
• Arriving a day late does not extend the original check-out date or reduce the total booking amount.

Rescheduling

• One reschedule may be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
• The replacement stay must be within 90 days of the original check-in date and remains subject to room availability.
• Any higher seasonal or room-rate difference must be paid. If the new rate is lower, the difference is not refundable.
• Requests made less than 7 days before check-in are treated under the cancellation policy unless management approves an exception.
• For severe weather, government restrictions, or other safety-related events, O&C may offer alternative dates based on the circumstances and availability.
